Biography

Renovations loans are my passion. With America’s aging housing, there is more and more need for renovation financing, and it’s my goal to make sure every homebuyer out there knows that this opportunity exists. I started my mortgage career in 1973 and worked on the operations side until 1983, when I became a Loan Originator. I am very knowledgeable about VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, with a specialty in renovation loans.
